- Handling Operations & KPI/SLA delivery for multiple clients in Telesales and Collections Domain
- Client interaction & regular performance reviews and lead performance improvement initiatives.
- Participation in solution Design, Transitions and Sales Pitch to Prospective clients.
- Budgeting multiple projects including, monitoring and controlling costs.
- Work closely with Human Resources to refine and implement prudent people practices.
- Growth Focus, ability to engage and pitch for new business/LOBs
- Proven track record of managing a large multi-client outbound Telesales and Collections third party Domestic BPO set up
- Demonstrated project and budget management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
- Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
- Thorough understanding of dialer operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), Basic Analytics Tools with impeccable attention to details
- Strong capability to engage at the highest Client leadership levels is a must-have.
- Should be able to motivate and guide large teams in a Demanding & Outcome focused environment.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
