Job Description

General mission: Shape and deliver a best-in-class talent acquisition function (attracting top

talent and professional IT candidates in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner) for all

three businesses: Travel, Entertech, FinTech


Goals in figures in coming 3-6 months:

  • To reach statistics of 5+ placements/joiners per month
  • Decrease the number of non-joiners for at least 50% from existing figure

Main duties/goals for the first three months:

  • Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
  • Setting recruitment plan for the next 3-6 months together with hiring managers and

execute this

  • Improve recruitment conversion rates by increasing the number of joiners and

minimizing the number of non-joiners (see goals in figures” section)


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment resources to meet business demand
  • Together with the management setting up annual recruitment plan and priorities
  • Update and redefine job descriptions for open positions
  • Implement sourcing tools and direct search approach for IT candidates
  • Finding innovative ways to source and reach to prospective candidates
  • If needed, working with our partnered recruitment agencies and looking for new ones
  • Improving recruitment process and provide necessary trainings to the hiring managers
  • Leading and managing performance of hiring team, developing individual KPI (It is

currently a team of 2 recruiters (1 - senior, 1 - junior) with the plans to group in-house

department over time)

  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Setting up analytics tools and taking care about data records in Jira (afterwards in SAP),

keeping track of recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, number of placements, cost-per-hire etc.)

  • Making competitor and salary analysis using different tools
  • Together with HR team and Internal Communications Specialist build a strong employer

brand and implement EVP in recruitment process

  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals,

colleges and other partners


Our expectations/competencies:

  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiting Manager, IT Recruitment Lead, ideally with

international experience

  • Previous hands-on experience with multiple IT positions
  • Experience with different types of evaluation tools (interviews, etc.), candidate

approaching and screening techniques

  • Proficient with talent acquisition programmes from both a strategic and operative level
  • Excellent skills with social media, professional platforms (Linkedin) and other

professional networks (like Github)

  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience in leading a team (up to 10 people) with exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong decision-making skills and achievement/goal-oriented mindset
  • Interpersonal and motivational skills: capable of building relationships across the

organisation

  • Fluent English
